    Should do this 1 cheer

I use www.joesgoals.com to give myself a check mark every day I did something that contribute towards my goal (Seinfeld Style Goal Chains). The idea is to motivate you to create a chain of check marks. For me, I like to have a big goal with a list of sub-goals that needs to be accomplished, where each sub-goal can be tracked each day. I use 43things to keep track of my big goals (for the year maybe) and use Joe’s Goals to create sub-goals/steps that can be tracked each day. It’ll be nice if 43things have something similar.

    Should do this 3 cheers

I’ve noticed many people have goals saying “Daily: ...” or “Weekly: ...” etc, so this feature deserves to exist.

    Yeah,
It’s quite hard tracking goals of eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, and drink 2 liters of water a day.
If there was a check list option then we could feel we’ve completed it, after a certain number of ticks, rather than ponder over whether we’ve completed it or not by the posts we’ve done.

I would like there to be a special kind of goal, like the challenge goals just recently offered, where if it’s something you have to work on daily, you can check it off daily. Like, I have a goal of Walk 10,000 Steps a Day. So when I set that goal, I would be able to say, ok, I have to meet it for 14 days in order to check it off. Then every day I can go in and check off if I’ve done it or not. Or like, flossing, or quitting smoking. For every day/week/month/whatever that someone has accomplished their goal, they can do like a mini-checkoff.
